Salam semua.Lama sgt dah tak update blog nie.Nak tulis blog pun dah tak pandai.Terkial2 je rasanya.Sekarang nie lebih banyak menjadi silent reader jer.Dah sethn balik Malaysia blog pun hanyut jugak.Dok Malaysia nie busy sokmo.Memasak pun menu biasa2 je.Kalo nak mkn sedap terus gi kedai.Berlambak dan mcm2 pilihan.Hari nie tetiba rasa nak update blog.Just nak kongsi koleksi gambar kek harijadi my hubby, anak dan family jer.Tuan punya blog tak pernah dapat kek harijadi pun.Reject kek awal2 sbb mintak hadiah lain.Hehehe....Untuk pengetahuan, semua kek nie  kek kedai je.Bukan buat sendiri pun....

 

Kueh Teow Goreng

Salam semua pengunjung blog HepiCookMum.Semoga anda semua sihat dan ceria selalu.Hari nie aku just nak share resepi simple jer utk menu yg dimasak weekend lepas iaitu Kueh Teow Goreng....Jom layan....

Bahan-bahan:-

kueh teow

udang basah

bawang putih-diblend

bawang merah-diblend

cili kering-diblend

fishcake/fishball-potong kecil

sayur sawi-dipotong kecil2

taugeh

kicap-secukup rasa

garam-secukup rasa

minyak

Bahan hiasan:-

daun bawang-dihiris nipis

cili merah-dihiris nipis

Cara-cara:-

Panaskan kuali dgn sedikit minyak.Tumis bawang putih & bawang merah yg diblend tadi.Biarkan masak seketika.  

Masukkan cili kering yg diblend,gaul seketika.Masukkan sedikit air dan udang basah.Masukkan kicap & garam secukup rasa. 

Masukkan sayur sawi,taugeh & fishcake/fishball.  

Akhir sekali masukkan kueh teow yg telah di tos.Gaul sehingga sebati.  

Taburkan daun bawang dan cili merah sbg hiasan. 

Kueh Teow Goreng siap dihidang.

Kerabu Sotong Thai

Salam kawan-kawan semua.Terima kasih sbb masih sudi menjenguk blog nie walaupun dah agak jarang nak update.Hari nie nak share resepi Kerabu Sotong Thai.Memang sedap dan simple jer nak buat.Resepi ambik dari myresepi. TQ to tuan punya resepi.Jom kita tengok resepinya pulak....

Bahan-bahan ( 2-4 people )
· satu mangkok Sotong
· 2 biji limau nipis
· Daun ketumbar
· 1-2 bawang besar
· 3 sudu besar fish sauce
· 1 sudu besar gula
· 1 sudu kecil garam (ikut rasa)
· 5-10 Cili padi (ikut rasa)
· NB: bole juga taruk tauge & tomato, n seafood cocktail..


Cara-cara
1. Bersihkan sotong.
2. potong bulat2, masukkan kedalam bowl. then tarukkan boiling water dlm bowl. rendam selama 5min..so sotong tu masih lembut. separuh masak
3. Potong cili, daun ketumbar(segenggam), bawang besar.
4. campur semua bahan..dan rasa.. and ENJOY!!
5. NB: after step 2: jangan lupa sejat sotong..buang air...
